My Story
Nathan Simms is a filmmaker and recent college graduate living in the Washington D.C area. As a double major in Film & Media Arts and Spanish, he is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with video production experience both in the United States and abroad.
Nathan is passionate about how the cinematic medium can convey human narratives in ways that connect, encourage, and inform. Fluent in Spanish and English, Nathan hopes to be able to create documentary content in Latin America and work with content for the Spanish-speaking audience in the USA.
Nathan is available for freelance editing or camera work, but ultimately, he hopes to secure a job in film production (writing, camera, and editing departments) or translation.
